Workshop 1:
Remain on the radar screen!  A practical workshop on creating a corporate identity for your business.

This workshop is presented by Daleen Meara, a qualified and successful graphic designer and owner of Woema Graphic Design. She advises business owners and managers on matters related to their business’s image and corporate identity on a daily basis. This work shop will give you the opportunity to:

• Make an informed decision regarding your corporate identity.
• Know exactly what to do and not do.
• Create your company logo.
• Design your letterhead, fax cover page, business card, personalized e-mailer etc.

Workshop 2:
Develop a 12 month marketing strategy:  A practical workshop that will help you to market your business successfully for the next year.
A work shop presented by sought-after marketing and business coach Gizelle McIntyre. You will receive step-by-step advice on how to develop a marketing strategy that is appropriate for your specific business. When you finish with this work shop, you will have a concept marketing strategy for your business for the next 12 months. This is a work shop not to be missed!

Workshop 3:
Make appropriate financial and legal decisions when setting up a business: A practical workshop that will ensure that your business complies with the financial & legal requirements of SA Law.
The financial and legal decisions faced by any new entrepreneur is daunting, to say the least. Monti Coetzer and his team from Point Blue will give you valuable advice on a variety of topics, such as:

• Choose the appropriate legal structure/entity for your business (sole proprietor, trust, company etc.)
• Your tax responsibilities
• Different types of tax

• Business will

• Budget basics

Workshop 4:
Business plans made easy: A practical workshop that will guide you through the steps of compiling a business plan. This work shop, also presented by marketing and business coach Gizelle McIntyre, is unique, as it aims to provide you with a concept business plan by the end of the session. Once you get back to the office, you will only have to fine-tune your business plan, ensure that your facts and figures are correct and add the information that was not available during the session. You will now have a business plan that is ready for presentation.
